ECC – 8th Grade Payment Terms: The 10 payment plan requires enrollment in automatic CC or ACH (other types of payments must be preauthorized). For all yearly and semester payments, add 2.5% for credit card payments. Annual payments are due prior to the first day of school. Semester payments are due prior to the first day of each semester.  10 Payment Plan payments are due on the 1st (starting August 1st).  Payments made after the 5th of the month will be subject to a $40 late fee payment. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee. There will be a discount of 15% for each sibling enrolled (discount applied to the lower tuition amount).

No refund is given because of absenteeism during the school year.  This includes holidays and the winter and spring breaks.

Enrollment Deposit-New and returning students are required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $1000 (for 1st-8th grade), $700 (for TK-K) or $200 (for preschool) and an enrollment contract to reserve a place at Valley School. This deposit will be applied towards fees.

New Student Registration Fee-There is a one time $200 non-refundable deposit for all new students.

Yearly Student Fee-The Yearly Student Fee is used to cover expenses for yearbooks, earthquake kits, student liability insurance, as well as basic classroom supplies and materials, iPad carts, interactive panels, device software, network & tech management.  The fee also covers student devices for 1st-8th grade students.  The devices are not owned by the students and must be returned at the end of each school year or if the student leaves the school.  Optional insurance that covers accidental damage is available for $59 per year. Insurance does not cover loss or theft.  Kindergarten and 1st grade iPads stay at Valley School unless otherwise authorized by a teacher or administrator.  The Yearly Student Fee does not cover textbooks.

Preschool-Students must be 2-5 years old. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. Full day hours are from 6:30am-6:30pm. Half day hours are from 6:30am-12 noon and students left after 12 noon will be charged $22 for each additional afternoon session. There is an additional $50 per month charge for students needing help completing potty training. Full and half days include lunch and snack.

Transitional Kindergarten-Students must be 4 years old before August 1st, 2021. Tuition includes lunch and one snack. Additional snacks can be purchased.

Kindergarten-Students must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2021.

Textbooks for First through Eighth Grade Parents are responsible for the purchase of all textbooks. Consumable texts are included in the student fee.

Meals & Extended Care-Students in Pre-School and TK are provided with lunch and one snack at no additional charge.  Grades K-8th may purchase hot lunch and snacks from the cafeteria (prices vary). All tuition includes 6:30am-6:30pm extended care.
